I have a family member who always says to me “face the fear”.
It is a powerful thing to say to yourself. Fear comes in all forms and around all areas of who we are and how we live.
To conquer a fear you must let yourself be vulnerable. This is both frightful and freeing.
I try to work at this everyday. When I push through, I am rewarded.
