I have long loved and embraced this notion but it does not come easily during difficult moments.

Spending out is pushing outward into the world what you yourself need. When life is a struggle and you are needing so much, that is precisely and ironically and surprisingly the moment that you need to give what you long for.

When my business has gone through difficulty, I dug deep and shared what seemed impossible to share.

When I have felt lonely or very occasionally down, I have pulled people in to comfort them, love them and make them laugh.

When money has been tight, I find a way to spoil those important to me.

When my life was filled with so  much challenge, adversity and darkness, I turned to all of you to pull you up with this blog. And that pulled me up.

It is a phenomena that fascinates me.
