You might think this is over simplistic, but sometimes when I have a tough time with something, I turn to my little artists for help.
I will ask a broad, open ended question like
When something feels hard, how do you overcome it?
How do you face your fears?
What do you say to yourself when you are on that tightrope ?
Their answers never fail me and always serve me well.
and my personal favourite, to the point of constant internal chanting
