There are some things in life that underwhelm. Either the anticipation is too great or the myth around them creates unrealistic expectation- I call this the Mona Lisa Syndrome.

What I did last week surpassed any expectation I ever had.

I now call this The Highway 1 syndrome. You know, where the real thing is way way more fabulous than any pre conceived notion you had.

Highway 1 is best experienced in the open air of a convertible or motorcycle. Bonus points if you have a thing for the driver.

It will astound you. (My footage is poor but it is all I have got because my mouth hung open for over 90 miles and I did not want to miss it. It must be experienced first hand)
