faking it

I don’t normally recommend this as it does not take you where you want to go but sometimes you must. You must breathe hard, eyes open or shut and focus hard. You can make little sounds but don’t overdo it as no one will believe you. Keep breathing hard-don’t be embarrassed everyone does this from time.

Faking it at the gym is perfectly acceptable after a summer of eating and drinking.(see everyone’s favourite summer side dish below) Get on the elliptical and keep the resistance very low but if you are vain you may cover the details of your climb with a towel and no one will be the wiser.
