So I just got an email from a printing place, where, a contact I use often, responded to my third unanswered request to see how my printing job was going.

Ok so it is Thursday and no one has touched me since at least Monday. That is poor customer service, I think, and more importantly it is cold outside and a little touching goes a long way.
Makes me think of the “stud box”!!! A little studbox goes a long way too!
