I will be hard to resist after you see this

But, dear readers, this is what I wear to bed

Apparently I clench my teeth so hard and push my tongue against my lower teeth with a force equal to that of a blow to the jaw. Not good. Apparently, I am not as relaxed as I sometimes seem.

  1. What a funny coincidence. I was just joking with my daughter last night about what men (that is when I start dating) will think of my very attractive nightguard especially when I try to speak with it in!
