I am having one but my jeans still do up and I am still 5’8″

It is a different kind of growth spurt and it is really astonishing. I guess it is emotional or spiritual or something hard to name.

It seems to have all the good stuff of a novel; scary moments, breathtaking moments,  hard feelings, new  feelings, spectacular feelings, big feelings, moments of exhilaration, suspense, surprise, sharp turns, paralyzing instances and leaps of faith.

I love it. Except when it scares the wits out of me.

This is a time to call upon  traditions that make you really happy and loosen you up and remind you that you are you no matter how many turns you take, no matter what is upon you. Click here for my favourite moment of the week.
