chosen words

Words can be so simple, so loaded, so misinterpreted, so impactful, so life changing, so hurtful, so elevating, so marginalizing, so empowering, so disgusting, so upsetting, so enticing, so revealing, so misguided, so misunderstood.

So lovely.

I had another dinner with my famous artists  last night and three of the 10 artists had walked over to the florist on their way to me. Well that is a 8.5 on the  Cute – Richter scale. They chose a bouquet of flowers- all white flowers with a pink one (’cause you love that colour, Nancy’) in the middle and they hand wrote a little card to me

“You are so unique”.

They came up with that.

All by themselves. Age 8.

I am just crazy about this.

So few words but so meaningful and combined with the chosen flowers. I can hardly stand it.

I am so happy none of this stuff is ever wasted on me.

I have not read words as powerful as the ones I am about to share with you. It is  this simple quote from a very favourite movie/ book of mine.  It is about how we choose those who love us. This will resonate with you in every important way, I believe.
