It is a well known fact that on Father’s Day most separated/divorced women have the day to themselves. You will see them cycling through wooded trails. They may be on a picnic with their childless boyfriend. Perhaps they will be at the Spa or out for lunch with a divorced girlfriend. They might be at the office trying to get swallowed up by work while ex husband is out with their kids and his new girlfriend.
All divorces, like all marriages, are not created equal and mine is as different as it could be, I guess.
Next Sunday we are going to be together,my girls and I, celebrating everything we have and the mom and the dad that I am.
